Birmingham Property Buyers (Daniel Vance) buys residential property in Birmingham. When we contact you by post, we do so because your property appeared in publicly available records — for example probate notices, energy performance data, or land registry information.

What data we use

We may process:

• Property address and postcode
• Names associated with a property in public records (e.g. executors)
• Contact details you voluntarily provide when you call or write to us

Why we use it

Legitimate interests: to identify owners or representatives who may wish to sell, and to make a fair indicative offer. We do not sell your data to third-party marketing lists.

How long we keep it

Public-record extracts used for targeting are minimised on a rolling basis. If you opt out, your address stays on our suppression list until you ask us to remove it.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, or erasure of personal data we hold about you. To opt out of future post at a property address, use our opt-out form.
